Tracee T. Holloway is a visionary CEO, Executive Producer, Creative Director, and brand communications expert with over two decades of experience in elevating brands through innovative PR, marketing, and media strategy. As the founder of The Way Up Creative Group LLC, Tracee empowers clients to connect with their audiences with purpose and clarity, crafting brand experiences that truly resonate.

A magna cum laude graduate of Virginia Union University with a degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Speech and Drama, Tracee combines business insight with creative expertise to help clients amplify their stories and make a lasting impact. She is a three-time Alignable® Local Business Person of the Year (2022, 2024, 2025), an honor voted on by her peers for her leadership, connectivity, and influence in the business community.

Since 2021, Tracee has managed and/or coordinated large-scale events or production for major organizations, including the NAMC National Conference, the Golden Shovel Awards, the ACCESS Expo and E-Awards for the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council (DFWMSDC), UT Arlington’s inaugural Black History Month Concert, the Ziglar Master Coach Conference, and the Shops at RedBird’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Weekend. Known for her ability to merge event production with brand storytelling, she delivers memorable experiences that amplify visibility and engagement. 

A forward-thinking leader, Tracee integrates emerging AI-tools into her work, helping clients innovate and communicate more effectively in a digital-first world. Her tech insights have been featured in her Hello, Mansfield interviews, and she recently shared her ChatGPT Prompt Engineering expertise as a presenter at STEMCON 2025.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tracee is deeply committed to community engagement. She serves as Board Chair for a nonprofit that supports families making end-of-life healthcare decisions and as the media advisor to another focused on empowering children with school clothing that elevates their confidence. Tracee also volunteers as an Ambassador for the Alignable Alliance of North Texas which serves more than 8,200 small business owners. Through these roles, she actively nurtures connections to strengthen and uplift local, regional and national communities.
